- Can I offer local delivery or click and collect to Dublin customers?
- Yes. In the CSO's 2022 survey, 87% of internet users in Dublin shopped online, the highest of any region, and many expect to get their order quickly. We can set up local delivery zones by area or Eircode, each with its own price and minimum order, and offer click and collect from your shop or unit. Customers see the options that apply to their address at checkout.
- I supply other businesses. Can my trade customers order online too?
- Yes. Many Dublin wholesalers and suppliers take repeat orders from cafés, shops, offices and contractors. We can set up trade accounts that log in to see their own prices, order in larger quantities and reorder quickly, alongside or separate from your public shop. Approved customers can also be allowed to pay on account instead of by card.
- Can my team run the shop day to day without technical help?
- Yes. At launch we walk you through adding products, changing prices, processing orders and handling refunds, all online. Staff can have their own logins with access only to what they need, such as orders or stock, so nobody can change settings by accident. If something comes up later, you can reach us by email or video call.
